We are a Wholesale producer and supplier of ASTM C33 Sand and DOT Approved 2S Sand & Topsoil for pick up.
DOT Approved 2-S / C33 ASTM Sand that is tested for gradation and fineness modulus on a weekly basis for use in asphalt, some types of concrete and many other construction purposes such as, above ground pool base, backfill, crawlspaces, paving tiles, etc.” Many jurisdictions even allow it as a much more economical substitute for washed stone under a concrete slab in a porch or slab on grade construction. Current 2026 pricing is $15/Ton.

We produce our own high quality sandy loam topsoil. It’s a product that is unique to us and our customers love it because it has little to no clay content and is easy to work with. It’s perfect if you want to level lawns or if you need a base product in bulk quantities for landscaping or golf course development. Current 2026 pricing is $25/Ton in Morganton/Lenoir. We are running a special at the Salisbury location due to high quantity availability, it’s only $15/Ton at the Salisbury location.
Delivery of Materials. We offer delivery in most Western NC areas including Hickory, Lenoir, Morganton, Newton, Conover, Boone, Blowing Rock, Nebo, Taylorsville, etc. We can deliver multiple types of materials including Sand, Topsoil, Fill Dirt, and various types of gravel* including ABC, Washed Stone, Rip Rap, Boulders, etc. Pricing varies, call for a quote 828-758-0617
